Third-Party Data Sharing
979ph does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share personal data only in the following limited and necessary circumstances:
7.1 Game Providers
To deliver game content, 979ph shares the minimum necessary session data (such as a session token and account reference) with game providers including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others whose titles appear in the lobby. Game providers do not receive your full KYC profile or financial account details.

979ph is required to share transaction data, identity records, and account activity with PAGCOR as part of its licensing obligations. Additionally, 979ph is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) under the AMLA. 8.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. They include session authentication tokens that keep you logged in during a gaming session, security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery, and load-balancing cookies that ensure consistent server performance. These cookies do not require your consent as they are technically necessary.

Analytics data is processed in aggregated form and is not linked back to individual player identities for marketing purposes.
8.4 Managing Cookies
You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the platform. Instructions for managing cookies are available in your browser's help documentation (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and most standard Android and iOS browsers all provide cookie management options).
Data Security Measures
979ph implements a layered approach to data security, combining technical controls, organizational policies, and regular audits to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

The right to request a copy of the personal data 979ph holds about you, along with information about how that data is being processed.
Right to Correction
The right to request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data held by 979ph, subject to identity re-verification where required.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to the 979ph Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Request – [Right Type]." Requests will be acknowledged within three (3) business days and resolved within thirty (30) calendar days, or such extended period as is permitted under the DPA 2012 for complex requests, with notice provided to you.
Children & Minors
979ph's platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. 979ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. This is not merely a platform policy – it is a mandatory requirement under 979ph's PAGCOR gaming license, which prohibits the participation of minors in any online gaming activity.
If 979ph discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account has been registered by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after verification. All personal data associated with the minor's account will be securely deleted after the requisite regulatory reporting obligations are satisfied.
If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has registered an account on 979ph, they should contact the support team immediately at [email protected]. 979ph will treat such notifications as high priority and take immediate action.
International Data Transfers
979ph's primary operations and data processing infrastructure are based in the Philippines. Where certain technical platform functions – such as game delivery, payment gateway processing, or cloud hosting – involve data being processed by servers or service providers located outside the Philippines, 979ph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place.
These safeguards include contractual clauses that require the recipient to process personal data to a standard equivalent to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and a restriction on further onward transfer without 979ph's authorization. International transfers are limited to what is strictly necessary for platform operations and are not conducted for marketing or profiling purposes.
Players who wish to understand more about specific international transfer arrangements may submit a query to the 979ph Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
979ph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. Material changes – meaning changes that significantly affect how your personal data is collected, used, or shared – will be communicated to active Players by email notification to the registered address on file and by in-platform notification upon next login, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Minor or administrative updates (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy) may be made without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent review.
Continued use of the 979ph platform after the effective date of any Policy update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. The current version of this Privacy Policy is always accessible at 979ph.cam/privacy-policy.
