Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the 979ph online gaming website accessible at 979ph.cam, including all games, services, tools, and content made available therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the 979ph Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 979ph wallet, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player using actual Philippine Peso payments, excluding bonus funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR compliance and anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory authority licensing and overseeing 979ph's operations.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" refers to the minimum amount a Player must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to 979ph is restricted by law, regulation, or 979ph policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 979ph Platform in any manner – including browsing the website, registering an Account, logging in, depositing funds, claiming a promotion, or placing a wager – you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all interactions with 979ph, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. 979ph does not require a separate application download; all acceptance occurs through browser-based access to the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. In practice, 979ph accounts are personal and non-transferable; representative access is not permitted.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active 979ph Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement for online casino gaming in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. Proof of age is required during KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in, or a legal resident of, the Philippines at the time of account registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise expressly permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 979ph or any game provider whose titles appear on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the 979ph responsible gaming tools or issued by PAGCOR or any comparable regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a prior 979ph Account closed for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of 979ph, including deposits, withdrawals, and wager placement, you must complete the registration process and pass KYC verification.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a password of your choosing. You may not use pseudonyms, fictitious names, or the identity of another person.

4.2 KYC Identity Verification

979ph is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted identification documents include PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID. Documents must be clear, valid, and unaltered. 979ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted a maximum of one (1) 979ph Account. Creating duplicate Accounts – regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used – is a material breach of these Terms. 979ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 979ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 979ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

979ph supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods and applicable limits are displayed in the Platform Cashier and may be updated from time to time.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method within the Cashier. 979ph does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited instantly.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account in the same legal name as your 979ph Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is specified per method in the Cashier. 979ph targets GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes for verified Accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

979ph is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that triggers our compliance monitoring protocols. Players may be requested to provide source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on 979ph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱), unless expressly stated otherwise for specific cryptocurrency channels. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the Player.

Bonuses & Promotions

979ph offers various promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which supplement and take precedence over the general provisions of this Section where there is conflict.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified per promotion. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates – typically, slot games contribute at 100%, while live table games contribute at a reduced percentage. Players are advised to read the specific promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and uncompleted wagering balances are forfeited automatically at the end of the bonus validity period.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

979ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that a promotion has been exploited, abused, or that a Player has engaged in patterns of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity. This includes, but is not limited to, low-variance betting strategies applied exclusively to bonus balances.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless otherwise specified, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new promotion while a prior bonus is active and subject to outstanding wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus, at 979ph's discretion.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 979ph Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited for statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each title are determined by the respective game provider and verified through independent testing.

7.1 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects a round outcome, 979ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect credit of funds, 979ph reserves the right to recover the incorrectly credited amount from the Player's balance. The decision of 979ph in matters of technical malfunction is final.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers. Physical elements such as cards, roulette wheels, and dice are not under the direct operational control of 979ph. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes are addressed in accordance with the applicable studio provider's rules, which are accessible within each live game interface.

7.3 Jackpots

Progressive jackpot values displayed on the Platform are sourced from the game provider's live pool data. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed jackpot value and the value confirmed by the game provider's server at the time of a triggering win, the game provider's server record governs.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 979ph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account using false identity information, the identity of another person, or a fictitious identity.
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform, including by using different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place wagers on your behalf without manual human input.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or unfair advantages.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multi-player game formats.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent dispute filings against 979ph.
• Sharing account access, passwords, or session credentials with any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct that 979ph or PAGCOR determines to constitute cheating, fraud, or a threat to the integrity of the Platform.

Account Suspension & Termination

979ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplemental policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a PAGCOR-directed exclusion order.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A chargeback or payment dispute being filed against 979ph relating to the Player's account.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating account restriction.

Where an Account is closed due to Player-initiated voluntary self-exclusion, real money funds (excluding bonus-derived balances subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after compliance review. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms breach, 979ph reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the 979ph support team. Voluntary closures initiated for responsible gaming reasons will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 979ph Platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces (as supplied by game providers), text, software architecture, and marketing materials – is the intellectual property of 979ph or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform software; scraping data from the Platform; or creating derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of 979ph intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and civil or criminal action under Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 979ph's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game outcome shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 979ph Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

979ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from: game outcomes or fluctuations in a Player's balance; interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside 979ph's control; third-party payment provider delays or errors; or any reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection or regulatory law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Responsible Gaming

979ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools are available to all Players directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set thresholds on net gaming losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period and are processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request.

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to use these tools and to seek support. Once self-exclusion is activated, 979ph will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new Account, including sharing exclusion data with PAGCOR's responsible gaming registry where applicable.

Gaming on 979ph is intended solely for adults aged 21 and above, for entertainment purposes only. 979ph does not promote gaming as a means of generating income or as a solution to financial difficulty.

Privacy & Data Protection

979ph collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data from Players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's data handling requirements. The full details of how 979ph handles your personal information – including data collection scope, legal basis, retention periods, third-party sharing, and your rights as a data subject – are set out in the 979ph Privacy Policy.

By registering a 979ph Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, object to, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, subject to 979ph's legal and regulatory retention obligations under PAGCOR licensing and Philippine AML law.

Amendments to These Terms

979ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Players by email notification to the registered address on file, by in-platform notification upon next login, or by prominent notice on the 979ph website, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure before the changes take effect. Continued access after the effective date will be treated as unambiguous acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from or connected to your use of the 979ph Platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions.

15.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute concerning your 979ph Account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you must first contact the 979ph support team at [email protected] with a full description of the issue and any supporting documentation. 979ph commits to acknowledging complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

15.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the 979ph internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR under its applicable dispute resolution procedures, given that 979ph operates under a PAGCOR license. PAGCOR's determination on regulatory matters shall be final and binding on 979ph.

15.3 Jurisdiction

For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents 979ph from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
